Description

Butts is a large modern red brick house located immediately south of the Church of St James. The house features a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered wing at the west end, which extends both north and south. At the north end, the upper storey jetties out on carved brackets that display the remains of moulded shafts and capitals.
