Description

10 High Street is an early 19th-century house faced in grey gault brick. It has two storeys and a three-window range featuring double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals with stuccoed lintels on stub brackets. The building has end pilasters, and the central section, which has one window, slightly projects forward. A central doorway is topped with a flat hood, and there is a small shop front at the south end, which was formerly a butcher's shop. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
