Description

A 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on High Street, Nayland with Wissington. The house is gabled to the west front and features a jettied upper storey along the entire north front. It is two storeys high. On the west front, there is a single window bay with a double-hung sash window featuring single vertical glazing bars. The north front windows are casements, one of which is an old leaded casement. There are two 18th century doors on the north front and a corner shop front dating to the 18th or early 19th century, featuring widely spaced glazing bars. The roofs are tiled, with a coved plaster eaves cornice visible on the north front.
