Description

Nos 7 and 9 High Street is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered house that originally had a jettied upper storey. In the 18th century, the upper storey was faced with stucco, and the ground storey was underbuilt in painted brick. The building features a four-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars on the ground storey, while the upper storey has old leaded casements. There are also two four-panel doors with moulded architraves. The roofs are tiled.
