Description

Nos 78 and 80 on High Street are late 18th-century buildings with a plastered brick front. They are two storeys high, constructed of brick, and have slate roofs. The facade features five windows with flush frame sash and glazing bars. The ground floor has a central entrance with a six-panel door and a modern shop to the right, which has a wooden case. These buildings are included for their group value, as they are part of a collection that includes Nos 72 to 88 (even) and the King's Head Inn.
