Pear Tree Cottage is a late 17th century to early 18th century timber-frame cottage that has been rendered. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and a central brick chimney stack. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, which has windows in the gable ends. The front has two modern three-light casement windows and a central doorcase with pilasters that supports a glazed door. At the rear, there is a later lean-to addition.
