Description

Valley Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house located on the Burston Diss Road in Burston. The house was originally timber-framed and has been plastered. It has a later roof covered with black glazed pantiles with gabled ends. A brick chimney stack is positioned off-centre. The house is two stories high and has three widely spaced windows. These windows are 19th and 20th-century replacements, with two and three lights and casement windows. There are two boarded doors with a casement window between them, sheltered by a hood supported on shaped brackets.
