Description

The Crown Public House is a 17th century timber-frame house that has been faced in red brick in the late 19th century. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and an attic, with attic windows located in the end gable. There are three widely spaced windows, which are 19th century, 3-light casements set in segmental headed openings on the ground floor. Additionally, there are two boarded doors located under one late 19th century open porch.
