Description

Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and brick, which is rendered and colourwashed, and features pantiled roofs. The building has two storeys and an attic. The south front has a 20th-century door positioned to the right, with a sash window to the left that has exposed boxes and glazing bars. On the first floor, there are two casement windows located under the eaves. The roof is gabled and has an internal gable-end stack on the right (east). There is a lower timber-framed extension at the east gable, which includes a sash window on the ground floor.
