Description

Thatch Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and painted brick infill, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has one storey and an attic, sitting on a rubble plinth. The hipped roof features one hipped dormer on the left side and an end stack also on the left. On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century wood casement windows and a 20th-century plank door located in a sloping half-timbered porch to the left. There is a 20th-century single-storey flat-roofed extension to the left, which is of no special interest.
