Description

The Old Rectory is a house dating from the early 19th century, around 1806. It is constructed of white brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a hipped roof with chimney stacks located to the left and at both the left and right sides at the rear. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, with two glazing bar sashes and a central tripartite sash on the first floor, and two glazing bar sashes on the ground floor, all set in segment-headed openings. The entrance features a central panelled door and a porch supported by Doric columns and a frieze. To the left of the main block, there is a lower two-storey extension with three glazing bar sashes.
