Description

No. 114 is a house dating from around 1870, built in the Gothic style using gault brick with a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. A central porch features a crenellated parapet and a single-light window above. The other windows are two and three-light designs, featuring brick mullions and original casements with single horizontal glazing bars. Rectangular hood moulds are present above the ground floor and gable end openings. The building has a dentilled cornice and decorative ridge tiles with fleur de lys end finials. Ornamental chimneys are characterized by triangular projections. Original hoop and spear metal railings enclose the front garden.
