Description

This is a 17th-century house that was refaced, extended, and heightened in the 18th century. The house has brick walls with brick and flint plinths, and a gable end. The roof is pantiled and shallow-pitched. The ground floor openings on the main facade are 18th century, featuring segmental arches and later sash windows. Upper windows are 18th century, with four and three lights respectively, and retain their original metal casements. Two similar three-light windows are located at the rear. The rebuilt brick gable features a tumbling-in detail. The roof has one gable end stack and one later axial stack.
