No. 124 is a 17th-century small house located on the north side of West End in Costessey. It features a pebble-dashed exterior and a battered timber frame, topped with a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with 18th-century metal casement windows that include leaded glazing. The roof is steeply pitched and has a gable end stack. There is a 20th-century rear extension and porch added to the property.
