Description
No. 13 Lower Goat Lane is a building from the 17th century that has undergone 20th-century alterations. It was originally of an unknown use but is now a shop. The first floor is rendered, and the building features a pantile roof. It has two storeys and is jettied at the first floor, with two bays. The shop front, added in the 20th century, includes a fascia and an off-centre recessed door. The first floor has sash windows with simply moulded surrounds, and there is a fascia cornice above.
