TG 2207 SW IPSWICH ROAD (north-west side). 33/407 5.6.72. Lodge to Town Close House. - II House. Mid/late C19. Painted brick with rendered plinth; pantiled roof; 2 brick ridge chimneys. Irregular plan. 2 storeys; 2 first-floor windows and a blind wing to street facade. Entered from the rear. Windows have C20 casements with glazing bars.
