Description
The Gate Lodge to Euxton Hall is a building likely dating from the mid-19th century. It features scored render with stone dressings and a hipped slate roof with side chimneys. The lodge has a square plan and is a single storey with a symmetrical design. It includes a stone plinth and a moulded cornice.
Facing the drive, there is a pedimented gabled porch supported by two panelled pillars, with a narrow round-headed window on each side. Flanking the porch are tall casement windows that have moulded architraves, bracketed sills, and cornices. The side walls are adorned with tall single-light round-headed windows and a rectangular two-light casement, all featuring architraves. The chimneys are short pillars made of ashlar, with panelled sides and moulded caps.
