Description

No. 3 Tombland is an 18th-century house that has been converted into offices. The building features a rendered plinth and rusticated stonework at the ground floor, with a rendered finish above. It has three storeys and three windows on both the first and second floors. To the right of the two ground-floor sash windows with glazing bars, there is a round-headed carriage arch. A simple cornice runs below a small parapet, and there are area railings present.
