Description

29 Tombland is a former house that has been converted into a restaurant. It dates back to the 18th century, with a 20th-century west gable and various alterations. The building features a red brick structure topped with a slate roof and is located on a corner site. The ground floor facade facing Upper King Street has been updated in the 20th century, showcasing a central bowed window flanked by doors. The Tombland elevation consists of three storeys and two bays, with sash windows throughout that include glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. The building is finished with a box cornice and a hipped roof.
