Description
No. 3 Upper King Street is a building from the 17th century that has undergone alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. The ground floor is made of brick, while the first floor is rendered. It has a slate roof and stands two storeys high, featuring a jetty at the first floor. There are three closely spaced windows on the first floor, and a 20th-century central door with a rectangular fanlight. The building has sash windows throughout, with side lights on the ground floor and simple surrounds on the first floor. A box cornice supported by small brackets is present, along with two dormer gables that have bargeboards. The building's former use is unknown, but it is currently used as an office.
