Description
The Norfolk Club is a former house that has been converted into a club. It dates from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick and features a black pantile roof. It stands three storeys tall and has five bays, along with a single recessed bay. The central entrance door is flanked by Doric columns that support a fluted and panelled architrave and a pediment. The building has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and are topped with rubbed brick segmental arches at the ground and first floors. A modillion cornice runs along the top, and the roof is hipped. Inside, there are fine fireplace surrounds, a staircase, and panelling in the main room on the first floor.
