Description
Cathedral Chambers is an 18th-century house that has been converted into an office. The building features a rendered plinth, with the ground floor having a rusticated finish and the upper floors rendered. It has a pantile roof with a hipped gable behind a parapet and stands three storeys tall. There are two windows on both the first and second floors. Access is via three steps leading up to a half-glazed door on the right, which is topped by an elaborate fanlight with radial glazing bars. The door is sheltered by an 18th-century hood that has a triglyph frieze supported by two pilasters and two fluted Doric columns. To the left is a smaller half-glazed door with simple stuccoed pilasters and a small, plain damaged hood. The central sash window has glazing bars, and the upper floors feature similar sash windows with horns.
