Description

No. 2 Tombland is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of brick with a pantile roof and a brick ridge chimney. The building is two storeys high and features two windows on the first floor. The central entrance has a 20th-century half-glazed door with an overlight and pilasters. A late 19th-century shop front spans the width of the building and includes pilasters with pedimented capitals, now fitted with 20th-century plate glass. The first-floor windows are glazing bar sash windows, which have flat ribbed brick arches above them.
