Description

TG 2208 NE POTTERGATE (south side) 15/639 26.2.54. No. 98 GV II Former house now office and store. C18. Rendered. Plaintile roof. 2 storeys. 3 widely spaced first floor windows. Door to left of centre with attached Ionic columns supporting a pediment. Rusticated surround with semi-circular fanlight. 5 steps up. Small plain door at extreme right. Sash windows with glazing bars and simple surrounds. 2 ground floor casement windows on right-hand side. Plain box cornice and stepped kneelers.
