TG 2208 NE COW HILL (west side) 15/262 5.6.72 No. 18 GV II House. Late C17. Rendered. Pantile roof. Principal facade at right-angles to street-line. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Central door with moulded surround, fanlight and small hood supported on consoles. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and plain surrounds. Moulded fascia cornice. Central gabled dormer with 2-light casement. Gable-end to street.
