Description

No. 18 Cow Hill is a house dating from the late 17th century. It has a rendered exterior and a pantile roof. The principal facade is positioned at right angles to the street. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. There is a central door that has a moulded surround, a fanlight, and a small hood supported by consoles. The house has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and plain surrounds. A moulded fascia cornice runs along the top of the building. Additionally, there is a central gabled dormer that contains a two-light casement window. The gable end of the house faces the street.
