Description

Borrow House is a 17th-century house located on Willow Lane. It is rendered and features a pantile roof. The building is set back from the street and has two storeys with three bays. There is a door on the right side with a panelled surround, consoles, and a pediment. The house has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and ground floor shutters. It has a half-hipped roof and was the home of George Borrow from 1816 to 1824.
