Description

TG 2208 NE POTTERGATE (north side) 15/613 26.2.54. No. 7 GV II Former house now shops. C17 with C20 renovation. Rendered. East gable C20 timber-frame. Plain tile roof. Corner site. 2 storeys. 4 irregu- larly spaced first floor windows. Left-hand off-centre door and extreme left-side door both with 2-centre arches and dripmould. 3-and 4-light mullion and transome ground floor windows with dripmould, Mullion and transome windows at first floor. Overhanging eaves. 3 gabled dormers with 4-light casement windows and bargeboards. One dormer blocked by stack. 2-centre moulded brick arch in east gable. Timber-frame above, jettied at first and attic floors. Oriel window at first floor. External stair-turret on rear wall leading into former.
