Description

The estate offices, located on the east and west sides of the approach road to Holkham Hall, are two single-storey blocks built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of gault brick and feature hipped slate roofs with projecting gable wings. The buildings have rusticated brick quoins and parapetted eaves. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are set in rendered surrounds, and there are oculi in keyed surrounds in the gables. Canted bay windows are present, and the entrances are located under semi-circular headed arches. Each block has two chimney stacks topped with moulded brick caps.
