Description

This building, known as the House and Shop (Henry), dates back to 1793 and is located on The Quay. It is two storeys high and features a range of windows. The ground floor has modern shop windows on either side of an arched entrance, with an arched carriage entrance at the west end that now leads to an amusement arcade. The upper storey is finished with pebble dash rendering between modern timbering and includes three windows with Victorian double hung sashes. The roof is covered with pantiles. The front part of the building likely originates from the 18th century, while the rear has various wings.
