Description
The Golden Fleece Inn is an early 18th-century building that has been significantly modernised. It is constructed of brick and has a pantiled roof. The front of the inn is pebbled and plastered, and it stands two storeys high with attics. There are three casement dormers and an eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars that remain, along with an altered centre window featuring a casement. The building has rusticated quoins and a Dutch gable. Inside, there is an oak open stairwell that is said to be included in the features of the building.
