Description

No. 12 Malthouse is an early 19th-century building that was originally used for malting and later as a granary. The south front is constructed from Quaternary flint and chert, featuring brick flush bands and quoins, and is topped with twin gables. The east side is made of red brick and has four storeys with a ten-window range, which includes rather small iron barred openings that have segmental heads.
