Description

This is an 18th-century building located in Red Lion Yard, Sunnyville. It is a two-storey and attic structure built of red brick, featuring three sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The roof has a steep pitch and is covered in pantiles, with two gabled casement dormers. A wide passage runs underneath the east end of the building. An altered casement window is visible on the left side. Sunnyville contributes to a group of buildings including St Michael's House and St Michael's Cottage, Jickling's Yard.
