Entrance lodge to Wolterton Park. 1914, reusing C18 stone dressings from the demolished St Anne's House, Kings Lynn. Red brick in Flemish bond, high ashlar plinth at front and stone dressings. Roof hidden by parapet.

Square double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms, central entrance and service rooms at back. Georgian style.

2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay west front facing drive. Centre bay breaks forward with stone pediment containing arms. Stone quoins, moulded cornice and parapet coping. Large moulded stone eared window architraves with keystones, the ground floor with cambered heads and with plain stone aprons. Sash windows with glazing bars, the ground floor 12-pane, the first floor 9-pane sashes. Central doorway with similar eared architrave, large rectangular fanlight with cobweb pattern tracery and fielded 6-panel door. Large stone porch with Tuscan columns and entablature canopy. Asymmetrical north and south side elevations with similar stone window architraves and sashes.

Interior: Right hand front room is panelled and left hand front room has marble chimneypiece.
