The Kitchen and Service Range to Wallington Hall is an 18th-century service wing constructed of brick with plain tiled roofs, designed in an L shape around a courtyard. The kitchen is located to the east of the main house and features two storeys. There is a door positioned to the right of the centre, along with scattered 20th-century windows. The building has a gable roof, with tumbling in the east gable head and a stepped external stack. The remainder of the structure dates from the late 18th century and consists of one to two storeys, with casement windows of various styles and arrangements, topped with hipped roofs.
