Farmhouse. c.1790. Gault brick and slate roof. 5 bays in 2 storeys, the storeys separated by flat brick string course. Central pedimented doorcase with overlight. Door C20. Windows are segmental-headed casements. Gabled roof with 3 gabled dormers and internal gable stacks. High swept gault brick wall continues to north enclosing out buildings. 2 flat buttresses and round coping tiles.
