Description

High House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1790. It is constructed of gault brick and has a slate roof. The building features five bays across two storeys, with the storeys separated by a flat brick string course. The central entrance has a pedimented doorcase with an overlight, and the door is from the 20th century. The windows are segmental-headed casements. The roof is gabled and includes three gabled dormers, along with internal gable stacks. A high swept gault brick wall extends to the north, enclosing outbuildings, and there are two flat buttresses topped with round coping tiles.
