Description

Dale Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of gault brick and features a hipped slate roof with end stacks. The building has two storeys and a basement, presenting a symmetrical facade with three bays, corner pilasters, and a recessed central bay. The eaves are boarded, and there is a plinth at the base. The main entrance is accessed via stone steps and includes a wooden architraved doorcase with panelled reveals, a six-panelled door, and a patterned rectangular fanlight above. On the ground floor, there are two recessed sixteen-paned hung sash windows with gauged brick arches, and three similar windows are located on the first floor.
