Description

No. 3 Duncock Lane is a 17th-century cottage that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with sections of painted brick and 17th-century red brick. The roof is covered with corrugated iron over thatch, and the end stacks have been rebuilt above the ridge. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-unit plan, with a boarded door located in the outshut to the right and a casement window. On the first floor, there is a horizontal sliding sash window. The gable wall and stack on the east side are made of red brick. Inside, the cottage has exposed ceiling beams and a sealed inglenook hearth.
