Description
Bluestone Farm Barn is a farm barn built around 1800. It is constructed of English bond red brick and features a red pantiled roof. The barn has three sections for threshing and stands two stories tall. The outer bays on the north and south sides have two ground floor and two first floor honeycomb brick ventilation windows, all set under cambered arches. There is a first floor plat band that divides the levels. The central cart entrance is flanked by framing pilaster strips and has a segmental arch with plaster infill above the lintel. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top. The north and south gables also feature honeycomb windows and have tumbled parapet gables.
