Description

The cottage immediately north of Spratts Green House dates from 1724, as indicated on its south-east gable. It is constructed of red brick and features a steeply-pitched thatched roof. The building has two storeys with parapetted gables that include brick tumbling. It has casement windows, some of which have leaded lights, and there are doors on both the ground and first floors. An attic window is located in the gable.
