Description
Spratts Green House is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It stands two storeys high and features sash windows with glazing bars and gauged brick arches. The central doorway is flanked by sidelights and topped with a segmental fanlight that also has glazing bars. A wooden eaves cornice adds to its architectural detail. The chimney stacks are located off-centre, with one at the northeast gable. On the east side, there are casement windows with segmental heads and leaded lights.
