It has a 'T' shaped plan and consists of two storeys and attics, along with a single-storey lean-to and a wing on the north side. The east facade features three windows and a central porch. The windows are from the 20th century and have segmental brick arches at the ground floor level. The building also has parapet gables with string courses that run parallel to the coping, and a rear axial stack. Avenue Farm House is included for its group value.
