5/61 Pound Farmhouse and 19/1/52 Garden Walls to south. (Formerly listed as Pound II Farmhouse)
Farm House, 1675, of colourwashed brick, red brick and smut pantiles. 'L'- shaped plan of 2 storeys, rear wing double pile, front wing with attics. Facade, 4 windows with central 6 panel, raised and fielded entrance door. Door case with fluted pilasters, paterae stops and fluted frieze, under moulded cornice. Brick plinth, moulded plat band and central shallow projection formed with moulded brick pilasters with central plaque inscribed W.I.A. 1675. Evidence of earlier window openings in facade which now has 2 C19 sash windows with glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches to ground floor and 4 C19 sash windows with glazing bars to first floor. Clasped brick pilasters at angles, with moulded brick capitals. Moulded brick eaves. Moulded plat bands at attic floor level on curved gables with internal end stacks. Rear wing, with plinth, C20 casement windows with segmental brick arches. Corbelled brick eaves, moulded brick kneelers and parapet gables with a blocked oculus in each. Attached garden walls, 1675, to south east and south west, with plinth, shallow piers and modillions supporting brick coping. Plain coping on south west side.
