Description
Strattonhill Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of gault brick, topped with a hipped slate roof that features a central flat section. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-bay facade. It is adorned with sash windows that include glazing bars, and there are gauged brick arches above the openings. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door accompanied by a rectangular fanlight and a moulded architrave. A semi-circular portico with a dentilled frieze is supported by two fluted columns and two half-columns, all featuring leaf-capitals. The house has two chimney stacks that are symmetrically placed and a wide eaves overhang. The rear and side walls include casements, some of which are from the 20th century.
