Description
Marsham Hall is an 18th-century house constructed of colourwashed brick and covered with pantiles. It has an 'L'-shaped plan and consists of two storeys and attics. The original facade features three windows, which were extended to the south in the 19th century with an additional bay. The central entrance has a six-panel door framed by a timber surround and a projecting porch with a moulded cornice supported by plain columns. The 19th-century sash windows have glazing bars and flat brick arches. The building includes a brick plinth, a plat band at the first-floor level, and moulded brick eaves. It has stepped gables on both the north and south sides, with two axial stacks in the west range and one in the south range. There are three flat-roofed dormers with casement windows that also feature glazing bars. The south wing is noted as not being of special interest.
