Description
Pettywell Farm Barn is located 90 metres north-east of the farmhouse. This barn, constructed of red brick and pantiles, features five bays with a lean-to on the southern side. The bays are marked by shallow buttresses on the northern face, which also has central barn doors and a ventilation slot in each bay. The southern elevation includes stable doors and additional barn doors. There is an opening with a segmental brick arch in the western gable. The roof is supported by butt purlins. An attached northern shelter shed is not of special interest. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
