Corner shop and 3 terraced houses. 'L'-shaped plan, 2 storeys with rear out-shuts. Red brick, colourwashed brick and slate roofs. South wing of 6 bays, with double shop window, with central door on the corner splay to the left. The windows have glazing bars, timber panelled plinth, and pilasters with a key pattern supporting the facea and blind box. Windows to the right, alternate with doors with blank windows above the doors. East wing 2 bays with right hand door. Windows, sashes with glazing bars and gauged brick segmental arches. Doorcases with moulded pilasters, patera stops and projecting cornice. Shallow buttress at east end of east wing. At the rear, mixed fenestration of steel and timber casement windows. Moulded timber eaves to hipped roofs, with 3 axial stacks.
