Description

The Post Office is a former house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of red brick, colourwashed brick, and black pantiles. The building is two stories high and features a rear outshut. The facade consists of seven bays, with a 20th-century double shop front located in the center, while the first floor has a blank window. The building has sash windows with glazing bars and segmental brick arches. There is a brick string course at the eaves level, and the roof has a brick parapet eaves. The hipped roof includes an off-centre axial stack. The building is included for its group value.
