Description
Wavey Line Food Fare is a shop built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick that has been colourwashed, topped with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and features five windows facing the street. On the ground floor, there is a mid-19th century door and shopfront. The doorcase has plain pilasters and an entablature, while the shopfront to the right includes plain pilasters and a fascia with a moulded band that supports a pentice board. There are two full-height shallow brick buttresses. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, which are set beneath segmental brick arches and a dentil eaves course. This building is included in the register for its group value only.
