Description
The Old Rectory is a former rectory located in Reepham, built in 1864 by Henry Goddard of Lincoln. The building features polychrome brickwork and a slate roof. Its facade is asymmetric, with a gabled porch on the right that has angle splayed buttresses. The entrance door has a two-centred arch and there is a first-floor window above it. The building includes an external stack on the left side. The windows are sash style, either single or paired, with two-centred arches and stone mullions. Additional architectural details include a plinth, a polychrome string course, and decorative corbelled brick eaves, along with hipped roofs. The Old Rectory is included for its group value.
