Description
Mulberry Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Back Street in Garboldisham. It features a timber frame with rendered and colorwashed wattle and daub, topped by a thatched roof. The cottage has a lobby entrance plan and consists of one storey with a dormer attic. There is a 20th-century door positioned to the left of center, which is set behind a thatched porch, also from the 20th century. The building includes three partly leaded casements and a small pantry window. The gabled roof is adorned with three plain tiled gabled dormers and 19th-century casements. A ridge stack is located over the door, along with an inner stack on the north gable. The interior framing is largely intact.
